WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Essenze Chocolates are delivered to all states across Australia. We are unable to ship internationally.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY?
Opting for delivery is at your own discretion, as we don’t take any responsibility for any mishandling, loss or damage of packages once they have left our premises. Please be assured that we do give your chocolate purchase the best chance possible by sending by Express Post or direct courier service, packing them with insulated packaging and keeping a close eye on the weather.
WHO IS THE THIRD PARTY CARRIER FOR DELIVERIES?
We currently use Australia Express Post for deliveries. The charges with Australia Post are $15.00 for boxed selections or flat items per address. For special items that don't have delivery available online, please email us to arrange a quote.
DIRECT COURIER SERVICE
You can request courier service within Sydney if you would like an item to arrive a particular day. Upon request we will advise the charges for the direct courier service.
We highly recommend ordering within these time frames:
Mon-Wed as express post delivery can take up to 3 business days from dispatch for some areas.
Mon-Thu within Sydney as express post delivery is usually within 1-2 days from dispatch.
The reason for this is because we don’t want to risk your chocolates sitting on a dock or hot warehouse over the weekend.
BEST DESTINATION FOR DELIVERY:
Your chocolates ideally should be delivered to a business address or private home, as long as there is someone to receive them personally. This is in order to avoid your chocolates melting, being damaged or stolen.
WHAT IF THERE ARE DELAYS WITH DELIVERY?
Essenze Chocolate cannot guarantee deliveries when using Australia Post to be delivered on or by your requested date. If any delivery delays occur within Australia Express Post, which is beyond our control, we cannot be held accountable.
